This growing popularity prompted Winchester to introduce a line of ammunition called Super Suppressed, made specifically for shooting through firearms outfitted with a suppressor. Super Suppressed ammunition launches projectiles at subsonic speeds to remain quiet when fired through a suppressor. Super Suppressed ammo also uses clean burning powders to leave less carbon and lead residue in your can. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, in boxer-primed, reloadable brass cases.
Note: This load was originally designed with a 265 grain bullet, but was later switched to a 255 grain projectile to improve function in semi-auto platforms.
